All payments are processed securely via trusted third-party payment gateways or by our hotel staff.

All content on FlyersHotel.com/is, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of FlyersHotel or its licensors. Reproduction or misuse of any content is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

FlyersHotel.com is not liable for:

  • Any loss or damage caused by using the website.
  • Booking issues caused by incorrect information from hotel partners or guests.
  • Third-party service failures (e.g., payment gateway issues)

User Conduct

You agree not to:

Flyers Hotel – Tearms and conditions (Icelandic below)

  • Note that sales tax (VAT, 11%) is included in all prices along with city tax for each stray, per night, and is subject to change.
  • Hight speed Wi-Fi access is included for all guests.
  • Parking is included on first come-first serve bases.
  • Transfer to KEF Airport is not included in the room rate.
  • Valid credit card number is required to guarantee all reservations. Group reservations are subject to a 25% deposit at the time of their booking to confirm reservation.
  • Cancellation policy does not apply to non-refundable bookings.
  • Payment/cancellation deadline is 48 hours for individual bookings and 30 days for groups with 5 room bookings or more. If cancelled after that time the total amount will be charged, the same applies for guests that do not show up unless specifically arranged otherwise with staff for a later booking.
  • Third night is FREE. Guests staying for more that three consecutive nights will get their third nigh free of charges. This offer is not subject to other offers and can only be used ones per calendar year.
  • Changes to reservations can be made but are subject to availability at Flyers Hotel. Different rates may apply on different dates and all changes must be made before the cancellation deadline.
  • Check-out time is at 11:00 am. Delayed check-out is subject to availability and can be requested and may be subject to an extra fee. Check-in time is after 15:00 am.
  • Baby cribs are available for free when requested at booking and are subject to availability.
  • Guests that stay in Family rooms can request extra travel beads free of charge, subject to availability when booking Family rooms at Flyers Hotel.
  • Luggage service and luggage storage is not available at Flyers Hotel.
  • Basic information such as names for groups must be delivered no later than 14 days prior to arrival. If sufficient information has not been delivered within the time frame, we reserve the right to cancel rooms for un-named persons without further notice.
  • Our common areas are only for registered guests enjoying their stay.
  • Grab-and GO food and bevareges can both be enjoyed at seating areas or in rooms. We request that guests remove litter from common areas after their stay.
  • Flyers hotel is not responsible for any damage caused by guests, missed flights, bookings, lost items or any incidents connected to weather conditions or other force majeure. 
  • Guests can use the Flyers Hotel laundry room facility upon request and at their own risk. Use of laundry room is subject to a first-come, fyrst serve bases. Laundry room fees may apply.
  • All guests are expected to be mindfull of others to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone. Guests are kindly requested to keep public areas clean and free of personal belongings and to keep noise to a minimum, particularly during quiet hours. Any behavior that disrupts the comfort or safety of others may require intervention by hotel staff. Staff at Flyers Hotel reserve the right to to take appropriate action such as canceling reservations, charging individuals for damages or ask guests to vacate the premises immediately if they are found to violate these rules and regulations. Unwilling guests maybe removed by local authorities.
  • We reserve the right to change terms and conditions as well as prices at any time without further notice. Confirmed rates and terms will not be change.

Governing law and  Jurisdiction. 

These Terms and Conditions are in accordance with Icelandic law. Should a dispute arise regarding the above terms, the matter shall be brought before the District Court of Reykjanes.

Flyers Hotel – Skilmálar og skilyrði

  • Athugið að virðisaukaskattur (VSK, 11%) er innifalinn í öllum verðum ásamt gistináttaskatti, sem miðast við hvern gest hverja nótt. Gjöld geta breyst án fyrirvara.
  • Hraðvirkt Wi-Fi er innifalið fyrir alla gesti.
  • Bílastæði eru innifalin í gistingu en takmörkuð og því úthlutað eftir reglum um „fyrstur kemur – fyrstur fær“.
  • Keyrsla til Keflavíkurflugvallar er ekki innifalinn í verði gistingar. 
  • Gild kreditkortanúmer eru skilyrði fyrir öllum bókunum. Hópabókanir (5 herbergi eða fleiri) krefjast 25% fyrirframgreiðslu við bókun og staðfestingu.
  • Afpöntunarskilmálar gilda ekki um óendurgreiðanlegar bókanir. Fyrir einstaklingsbókanir er afbókunarfrestur 48 klst. Fyrir hópbókanir (5 herbergi eða fleiri) er fresturinn 30 dagar.
 Ef afpöntun berst eftir þann tíma eða gestir mæta ekki, verður fullt verð bókunarinnar rukkað, nema annað hafi verið sérstaklega samið um við starfsfólk hótelsins.
  • Þriðja nóttin FRÍ! Gestir sem dvelja þrjár nætur samfleytt fá þriðju nóttina án endurgjalds. Tilboðið gildir ekki með öðrum tilboðum og aðeins er hægt að nýta það einu sinni á ári fyrir hvern gest.
  • Hægt er að breyta bókunum en þær breytingar eru háðar framboði hjá Flyers Hotel.
  • Mismunandi verð geta átt við eftir dagsetningum. Allar breytingar á bókunum þurfa að berast fyrir afbokunarfrest.
  • Brottför úr herbrergjum er fyrir kl.11:00. Ósk um seinkaða brottför er háð framboði og getur verið háð aukagjaldi. Innritunartími er eftir kl.15:00.
  • Barnarúm eru í boði endurgjaldslaust ef þau eru pöntuð við bókun en eru háð framboði hverju sinni.
  • Gestir í fjölskylduherbergjum geta óskað eftir auka ferðarúmmi endurgjaldslaust, háð framboði hverju sinni.
  • Farangursgeymsla eða farangursþjónusta er ekki í boði hjá Flyers Hotel.
  • Fyrir hópa þarf að senda inn grunnupplýsingar, svo sem nöfn gesta, eigi síðar en 14 dögum fyrir komu. Ef upplýsingar berast ekki innan tilskilins frests áskiljum við okkur rétt til að fella niður bókuð herbergi fyrir þá gesti án frekari fyrirvara.
  • Sameiginleg svæði eru eingöngu ætluð skráðum gestum.
  • Grab-and-Go mat og drykki má neyta bæði á sameiginlegum svæðum og í herbergjum. Við biðjum gesti að ganga frá rusli eftir sig við notkun á sameiginlegum rýmum.
  • Flyers Hotel ber ekki ábyrgð á tjóni sem gestir valda, breytingum á flugáætlunum, bókunum, týndum hlutum eða atvikum sem rekja má til veðurs eða óviðráðanlegra aðstæðna (force majeure).
  • Gestir geta notað þvottaaðstöðu hótelsins á eigin ábyrgð með leyfi frá starfsfólki. Aðgangur er veittur samkvæmt „fyrstur kemur – fyrstur fær“ reglum og notkunargjöld kunna að eiga við.
  • Við gerum kröfu um að allir gestir sýni tillitssemi og virðingu gagnvart öðrum til að tryggja ánægjulega dvöl allra gesta. Gestir eru vinsamlegast beðnir um að halda sameiginlegum svæðum snyrtilegum og lausum við persónulega muni, og lágmarka hávaða, sérstaklega eftir myrkur og snemma á morgnanna.
  • Hvert það athæfi sem rýrir þægindi eða öryggi annarra gesta getur kallað á inngrip starfsfólks. Flyers Hotel áskilur sér rétt til að grípa til viðeigandi ráðstafana, svo sem að fella niður bókanir, rukka fyrir skemmdir eða vísa gestum tafarlaust út ef þeir brjóta reglur hótelsins. Sýni gestir ekki samvinnu kann að koma til þess að lögregluyfirvöldum verði kölluð til.
  • Við áskiljum okkur rétt til að breyta skilmálum og verði hvenær sem er án fyrirvara. Staðfest verð og skilmálar við bókun verður ekki breytt.

Rísi ágreiningur vegna ofangreindra skilmála skal málið rekið fyrir Héraðsdómi Reykjaness.
